The Gould's Frogmouth (Batrachostomus stellatus) is a species of bird in the Podargidae family. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
Batrachostomus stellatus occurs from central peninsular Thailand, Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore (regionally extinct), Kalimantan (including the North Natuna Islands) and Sumatra (including the Riau and Lingga archipelagos and Bangka Island), Indonesiaand, Brunei, where it is fairly widespread and common in suitable habitat.
